Makeup that makes you glow on the outside as well as within? Yes, please. When it comes to anti-aging and skin healing botanicals, I’m the first to put my hand up and test it all out. Now, Arbonne launched three new palettes to take care of your eye and face glam!
Firstly, It’s All in the Eyes are two specially curated 12-shadow palettes inspired by earthy terrains and vibrant gemstones. Then, there’s Starlight Glow – a red carpet worthy highlighting and contouring powder quad. All three palettes are botanically crafted with minerals to heal and soothe your skin. But, how do they compare with high-end makeup products?
At first glance the two new eyeshadow palettes are full of colour and energy. Vibrant colour pigments feature throughout the new collection which are naturally sourced or synthesised from clays, minerals and iron oxide. Upon touch, the powders feel smooth and velvety. A promising sign for excellent blending! Additionally, the shadows boast botanicals like cucumber extract and sunflower seed oil to condition the eyelid for smoother application.
It’s All in the Eyes: Volume 1 palette is here to create softer, neutral looks with earthy pigments from sand, clove, amber, red rock and forest. A great mixture of cool and warm natural shades with a pop of shimmer and matte powders to layer and blend.
It’s All in the Eyes: Volume 2 is all about adding colour and gem-stone inspired energy. A range of warm and cool gems like Marble, Quartz, Opal, Aurora, Amethyst and Onyx will add shimmer and drama to your eye look.
Together, these palettes provide endless possibilities to take you from day to night. They blend like a dream and have an excellent, vibrant colour pay off. The nurturing, botanical properties are definitely an added extra to an already winning product.
This stunning quad palette is all about keeping that summer glow alive all year long. This multi-use palette of four powders in shades inspired by the night sky designed to bronze, highlight, blush, or contour.
The Twilight tone provides a shimmering highlight and blush, while Moonstone and Stardust make cheekbones appear higher. Meteor can be applied on and above the hollow of the cheekbones to create a contour or add definition. Used together, all four shades define facial features while creating a luminous glow on the skin. These powders are diverse and super blendable, making the Starlight Glow Palette perfect for beginners and experts alike.
